Haha, dirty.
I'm not really sure what I'm doing this for... in all likelihood I will forget about it until the next time I'm bored and think, I should blog and then I'll remember that I have this one that I keep deleting posts from but oh well. Carrying a journal around is lame too and I already carry my computer around.
Here's the skinny on today (skinny, haha)...
Today I am home for Thanksgiving. I have lost five pounds since gaining ten over the course of last year and the summer and I've been struggling to lose more since I went back to school in September. My roommates are health counselors for a weight loss company and are two of the most unhealthy people I know. They have zero willpower and would break their diet for a toblerone any day of the week. I swore I would start running again once I got back to school but I keep finding excuses not to. Including "but I'm having a good hair day." Maybe writing my goals on the internet will help. Or at least give me another excuse... "but I have to blog!"

Weight: 160 lbs.
Height: 5'2" or 3"
Pants size: 12
Long-Term Goal:
To be 140 lbs., the top of the ideal weight range for my height.
Short-Term Goal:
To lose and keep off at least 8 pounds by Halloween.
That means I have 23 days, three weeks, to lose it. That's a little over 2.5 lbs per week. Do-able if I maintain the goal over the weekends too. Thanksgiving is not code for over eating and Sunday mornings are not code for syrup loaded Eggo Waffles and deep fried bacon. Unless you've worked hard to save up the points (I will be using my old Weight Watchers books as a guide). And let's face it... no one can save up enough points to make deep fried bacon sound legit.
