It's Wednesday today and I weighed in at 159 lbs. Not bad considering that at the cottage this Thanksgiving weekend, besides the turkey dinner, there were Nanimo bars, Rumballs, mini chocolate bars, apple cake, layered jello, banana muffins and chocolate mousse in chocolate shells topped with fruit. After two days of being home I was 158, came back from Thanksgiving at 160 and today am 159. It could all just be water weight. Who knows.
I didn't count points today. I think I left my weight watchers books at home but my day looked like this:
Cheerios with 1/2 c. milk.
Tea.
Leftover Indian food (3 pieces of chicken).
1 c. pasta with leftover turkey.
Non-fat, no-whip Signature hot chocolate from Starbucks.
That's not bad. Actually it's probably not enough. I hate days when I have to bring food to school. I never buy "packable" food so I never bring enough and so I can't stay as long as I intend. That ruins all my good library intentions and I get stuck coming home and vegging out for far too long. Hopefully I will get in some good library time and some good independent study writing time tomorrow. That is on top of 4 hours of work and 2 hours of class.
I also hope to go for a run when I get home tomorrow night. A girl can dream. I did go to pilates today though. It hurt... especially because my bum was tired of sitting from the almost 7 hour train/bus ride yesterday. But at the same time it felt good. I will definitely go on Friday.
By the way, I'm thinking Wonder Woman for Halloween. But I'd like to tone up a little bit first.
